On a clear day in June the terrace has sun 09:30–12:30, about 3 hours in total.
The story of Sushi Sho
Sushi Sho opened in spring 2014 at Upplandsgatan 45 in Vasastan. It was started by chef Carl "Calle" Ishizaki, who had previously worked at Akki Sushi near Medborgarplatsen. From the start the focus was traditional Tokyo-style edomae sushi, served as a tasting menu of the chef's choosing.
The room is small and white-tiled, seating 30 guests a night across three sittings, and everyone at the counter is served at the same time. Sushi Sho has held a Michelin star since 2016, and the guide singles out its soy-cured egg and the sake pairing menu.

How Stoligt works it out
Every ten minutes we draw a line from each terrace toward the sun and check whether a building or hill is tall enough to block it. Building heights come from OpenStreetMap and ground heights from Lantmäteriet, the Swedish mapping agency. The times assume a clear day, so clouds are not included here. They are on the live map, which shows today's weather.
Trees, parasols and awnings are not in the model, and we don't know exactly where on the pavement the tables stand. Treat the times as an educated guess, often accurate to within ten minutes.
